£15,000 in tool vouchers — three prize draws
Every member holds free entries — even on the free Weekly digest. The bigger your plan, the more entries you hold in every draw that takes place. No purchase necessary.
One free entry per person — no purchase necessary.
5 entries (Your area) or 10 (Wider area) added at every monthly renewal.
60 entries (Your area) or 120 (Wider area), all from day one.
100 entries (Your area) or 200 (Wider area), all from day one.
How the milestones work
- Draw 1 (£5,000) — unlocks at 6,000 paid subscription months: the equivalent of 500 annual subscriptions.
- Draw 2 (£5,000) — unlocks at 9,000 (≈750 annual subscriptions).
- Draw 3 (£5,000) — unlocks at 12,000 (≈1,000 annual subscriptions).
Every monthly payment adds 1 month to the counter; 12-month-term and yearly plans add 12 the day they start. Each draw takes place as soon as its milestone is hit — the faster the community grows, the sooner the draws happen.
Every entry you hold on a draw date goes into that draw — join early and your entries ride in all three.
Important: draws are unlocked by community milestones and take place as soon as each milestone is reached — that could be well before the deadline. Any milestone not reached by 31 December 2027 means that draw is cancelled: if the counter doesn't reach 6,000 subscription months, no draws take place; if it reaches 6,000 but not 9,000, only Draw 1 happens, and so on. Your subscription is for the Site Notice service itself — entries are a free promotional bonus, and the free Weekly digest carries an entry too. Full prize draw terms below.
Official prize draw terms & conditions
The promoter — the promoter is TJ Peanut Limited (trading as Site Notice and New Neighbour).
Eligibility & no purchase necessary — the launch prize draws are open to all registered Site Notice
members who are UK residents aged 18 or over, including free Weekly digest members. No purchase is necessary:
signing up for the free Weekly digest earns one entry per person. Paid plans are sold at their standard advertised
prices, which do not reflect the opportunity to win; entries are a free promotional bonus.
Entry allocation — Weekly digest (free): 1 entry per person. Monthly no-term plans: 5 entries
(Your area) or 10 (Wider area), credited on payment and again at each successful monthly renewal. Monthly
12-month-term plans: 60 entries (Your area) or 120 (Wider area), credited in full on the first payment. Yearly
plans: 100 entries (Your area) or 200 (Wider area), credited in full on payment. Monthly subscribers who upgrade
keep entries already credited and receive the new plan's allocation from the upgrade date.
How draws work — every entry held by an eligible member on a draw date goes into that draw.
Entries are not spent by a draw; they remain in play for later draws while the membership remains active.
Winning odds depend on the total number of entries held by all members at each draw.
Conditional activation of draws — draws unlock when the platform's cumulative count of paid
subscription months reaches the following thresholds: Draw 1 (£5,000 tool voucher) at 6,000; Draw 2 (£5,000) at
9,000; Draw 3 (£5,000) at 12,000. Each successfully taken monthly payment adds one subscription month to the
count; each 12-month-term or yearly plan adds twelve on its first successful payment. Refunded or charged-back
payments are deducted. 6,000 subscription months is the equivalent of 500 annual subscriptions. If a threshold
is not met, the corresponding draw does not take place and no prize is awarded for it.
Promotional window — the deadline for reaching these milestones is 23:59 (UK time) on
31 December 2027. Draws whose thresholds are not met by this date are permanently cancelled. We will announce
on our website whether each milestone has been met, no later than 14 September 2027.
Forfeiture — if a subscription is cancelled, refunded or subject to a payment dispute or
chargeback before a draw date, all associated entries are forfeited for that and later draws. Free-tier entries
remain valid while the account stays open. One free entry per person; duplicate accounts forfeit all entries.
The draws — each draw takes place within 14 days of the corresponding milestone being reached,
with the winning entry selected at random by a verifiably random computerised process. Winners will be notified
by email within 7 days of the draw and must respond within 28 days, or a redraw may take place.
One prize per member — to keep things fair, a member who wins a draw is excluded from all
subsequent draws in this promotion, and their entries are removed from later draws. The limit applies per
person, per household and per business.
Winner eligibility — prizes are awarded to the holder of the winning entry provided their
Site Notice account (free or paid) is open and in good standing on the draw date. No paid subscription is
required to win.

Prizes — each prize has a value of £5,000 and will consist of tool vouchers redeemable with a
major UK trade tool retailer, trade tools supplied by a leading manufacturer, or a combination of both. The exact
prize composition will be confirmed and announced before the relevant draw takes place. Prizes are
non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Winner publication — in line with UK advertising rules, we will publish the surname and county of
each winner on our website. Winners may object to publication by contacting us; we are nonetheless required to
share this information with the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
